  • PRESIDENT

    Leslie began her career in oil & gas over twenty years ago as a landman. As a crew chief, her team provided complete land services to large oil and gas companies with operations across Oklahoma and Texas. For the last ten years, Leslie served as the Head of Oil, Gas and Mineral Management at The Northern Trust Company where she was responsible for developing new oil and gas management relationships, as well as managing oil, gas and minerals held in estates and advisory accounts. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Leslie was the Regional Director of Mineral Management at JP Morgan Chase Bank. Prior to oil & gas, Leslie worked in Probate and Estate Planning for several years in Houston and Dallas. She is also a board member of a small operating company with drilling activities primarily in the Permian Basin.

    Teresa Frye brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned oil and gas landman. She began her career in the Barnett Shale with Carla Petroleum, where she developed a strong foundation in title research, lease negotiations, and mineral asset management.

    Throughout her career, Teresa has built a reputation for excellence in running title, negotiating leases, and spearheading acquisitions and divestitures. Her keen eye for detail and strategic insight have made her a trusted expert in due diligence for high-value transactions.
