Meet the Team


  • PRESIDENT

    Leslie began her career in oil & gas over twenty years ago as a landman. As a crew chief, her team provided complete land services to large oil and gas companies with operations across Oklahoma and Texas. For the last ten years, Leslie served as the Head of Oil, Gas and Mineral Management at The Northern Trust Company where she was responsible for developing new oil and gas management relationships, as well as managing oil, gas and minerals held in estates and advisory accounts. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Leslie was the Regional Director of Mineral Management at JP Morgan Chase Bank. Prior to oil & gas, Leslie worked in Probate and Estate Planning for several years in Houston and Dallas. She is also a board member of a small operating company with drilling activities primarily in the Permian Basin.

    Leslie’s commitment to supporting local arts organizations has led her to serve as a board member of Verdigris Ensemble, Dallas Winds and KidLinks.

    With a strong background in operations and a keen eye for detail, Lucy will play a key role in empowering our mineral managers to deliver best-in-class service. In her new position, she will focus on optimizing processes, supporting client reporting and engagement, and ensuring accuracy across mineral management operations. Lucy brings a strong foundation in biology and analytics from her studies at Texas A&M University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology with coursework in genetics, physiology, and biochemistry. Before joining Tipping, Lucy worked at MyDirectives in customer support and operations, where she collaborated with physicians, patients, and product teams to improve workflows and enhance client experience. She also supported senior leadership with data-driven insights and system implementations, building technical and organizational expertise she now brings to Tipping.
